How much to earn on your electric bills by switching to LED lighting!
Halogen bulb to replace:
1) Select the power of your bulbs
currently used at home.
Example: 1
bulb of 50 watts = 50 watts / hour.
Multiply
this figure by the number of hours lit per day example 60 watts x 4 hours = 240
watts per day x 300 days in the year = 72 000 watts per year 1000 watts = 1 kWh
72,000 watts = 72 kWh per year.
Led bulb to replace:
2) Choose the power of the LED bulb to
replace Example 1 bulb of 6 watts = 6 watts / hour
Multiply
this number by the number of hours lit per day Example 6 watts x 4 hours = 24
watts per day x 300 days in the year = 7200 watts per year 7200 watts = 7.2 kWh
per year.
3) To calculate the saving in euros per
year multiplied it is two results by the price of Kwh 0.150 euro.
For note
classic bulb 72 kWh x 0.150 euros = 10.8 euros per year
For our LED
bulb 7.2 kWh x 0.150 = 1.08 euro per year
By switching
on a LED bulb you will save 9, 72 euros per year per bulb.

mention that the lifetime of a led bulb is at least 5 years after use without
any maintenance or redemption.
So for a
light bulb you will save about 48.6 euros over 5 years just in the electric bill.

over the first year.
